🚫 Due to Hygiene and Safety:
Because our products are handmade and personal care items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. This helps us keep every product safe, clean, and fresh for our customers.
💔 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bath bomb or product arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
We'll happily send a replacement or offer store credit if the item is faulty due to our error. 🎁
📦 Missing Orders
If your parcel hasn’t arrived or is marked as delivered but not found, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help track it down with the courier and find a solution! 🚚💨
⚠️ Important Notes:
We cannot refund items damaged due to misuse (e.g., leaving bath bombs in a hot car or storing in humidity).
For health reasons, items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a replacement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
